For the past 24 years, Some Like It Hot has had the privilege of serving the community from our Spring Valley location. Your continued support has been the foundation of our growth, and we are deeply grateful to each of you for being part of this journey.
Today, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Some Like It Hot is the proud new owner of the building previously home to Trout City Brewing Co., located at 132 St. Anthony St. in Preston, MN.
This move represents not just a change in location, but an exciting evolution of who we are and what we offer. While we won’t be continuing the tradition of brewing beer on-site, we are proud to honor the spirit of Trout City Brewing by serving a rotating selection of exceptional regional craft beers – alongside our full coffee menu, fresh baked goods, and our café and catering offerings.
We’re honored to follow in the footsteps of our friends Andy, Anita and Curt Bisek, whose vision and dedication gave this building new life. While our offerings will be different, our intention is to continue cultivating a welcoming, vibrant space for both locals and visitors – a place that reflects the heart of Preston and the communities that surround it.
We’ll continue to serve you at our Spring Valley location at 112 North Broadway throughout the transition. Stay tuned to our social media for updates, sneak peeks, and opening details.
